Our machining floor operates a full range of CNC equipment handling mold components from rough material removal through micron-level finish machining. All machines are temperature-controlled and regularly calibrated to national standards.

⚡ EDM Machining
Our EDM department handles precision features CNC cannot reach — sharp internal corners, deep ribs, textured surfaces, and hardened insert machining. Performed after heat treatment, preserving final hardness while achieving micron-level accuracy.
