4-Stage Quality Control

Every mold component passes four mandatory quality gates with documented inspection records at each stage — before a single mold leaves our facility.

IQC — Incoming

All raw materials verified against mill certificates before entering production. Steel hardness, grade, and dimensions checked at intake.

IPQC — In-Process

Dimensional checks at each critical machining stage. CMM inspection after rough milling, finish milling, EDM, and assembly to catch deviations early.

FQC — Final

Full first article inspection after mold assembly. CMM FAI report and T1 trial shot dimensional verification against the 2D drawing.
